Jardin has arguably some of the largest apartment courtyards in Melbourne.

We wanted to create a development that was sympathetic to the Murrumbeena precinct.

You can see it in the facade which uses materials familiar to the area, with its framed modular design giving it a feeling of individual address and a true residential aspect.
